Water - it does the body good.




So I'm always doing some sort of new something or other. Whether it's a new class at the gym or seeing how long I can work out till I want to fall over. Not eating meat anymore, or cutting out sweets. I just like to see what I'm capable of.

The latest: Water. LOTS OF WATER. It's not unusual to see me only drinking water or green tea during the day, but lately my friend got me on the kick of drinking the "big daddy" here. Along with the my daily green tea.

Don't let it scare you.....jump on the train.
