Still gray.

I don't really feel like working today.

I've done a few contracts, talked to an ass, a wise guy (who was actually fun to go back and forth with) and some of my favorites. But, now I may coax my way through the rest of the day. Turtle pace of course.

It's been gray out for DAYS! Days days days with maybe a hint of sunshine yesterday. From my window everything is gray but this pale pink house up on the hill. I look at this house everyday and it makes me smile a little. I tried to take a picture with my camera phone, but it just doesn't do it any justice.

Next weekend is snowboarding near North Carolina and I am more then ready for a day of some snow therapy. Although not so ready for the days after of pain. :) Good pain, right?

Life is good, though I'm wilting from lack of sun. It will be out soon, March is days away. yaaaaay.

Okay, one of our bands that is in town just walked in with a massive amount of hot wings from Hooters. I don't think I've had wings from Hooters in years. Hell yeh!

Who cares about football???

Things I love today:

* My new pricey, yet wonderful facial cleanser. (Hey, the face is the first thing people look at). ;)
* The fact that Macy's just let me exchange my sunglasses I bought 3 months ago because I wasn't feelin them anymore. I got a new bad ass pair.
* The random voicemail my 3 year old niece left on my phone. I have not one clue what it says, but it ROCKS!
* Goat cheese
* Fido
* My tall eskimo uggs. So ugly, yet so toasty.
* That I went to my first college basketball game yesterday afternoon.
* Whole Foods
* That I'm going to up and go on a random trip somewhere.......just haven't figured out where yet.
* My bathtub
* "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly"

I'm back on my blog kick. We'll see how long it lasts.....

The sun is out and I'm leaving work.....

It's so bright outside. I can see it shining through from the desk I'm sitting at. I came into work early this morning so I could get out of here before lunch and have the rest of the day to bask in the brightness.

Workout.

Shop.

Party.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I love the weekends!

And I love that we are one month closer to Spring!!

Lots of love,

It's all about timing.

Life....

Waiting for the unstable and inconsistent to become consistent.

I see potential.

But.....

Actions speak louder then words.

Wishful thinking.

And in the meantime I keep on keepin on.

Back to business....

I'm back.

It's been over 4 months. I was swept away and got a little lost in something that was never meant to be from the beginning. But I'm a fixer, and I thought I could fix something that wasn't fixable. So I let it go yesterday. Broken.

It's sunny out and in the mid 50's as I sit here in a cute little coffee house two blocks off the beach in Pismo Beach, CA. As I sit here writing, I feel free. Letting go is hard for us "fixers," but I feel relieved that I finally thought of Angela's feelings for once and not someone else's.

I have two days to occupy myself as my friend (since 5th grade) and her husband are at work. I'm excited.

I have my camera and a backdrop of incredible rolling hills and the ocean surrounding me.

I love California. If you know me, you know this. It's a tough place to live though and I have come to the conclusion in the last week that it is just not the right time for me to move back. One day though.......maybe........hopefully.

Okay, my "free internet time" is running out and I have lots of exploring to begin.......

~Ask for signs.......and they will be given to you. Sometimes more loud and clear then you'd like. :)
